Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Chip

Our vegan batter is made with organic, virgin coconut oil instead of butter.  The coconut oil makes for a delicately soft cake and also warms your palate with every bite.   Also made with organic coconut milk and almond flour with non-GMO semi sweet chocolate chips (no dairy) and pure vanilla extract - these are a high protein option for those who need to avoid animal products and gluten
